12 thousand teachers of state are doing Babugiri in their offices

Despite having enough teachers in the school education department, many school teachers have been dissuaded from applying them to non-academic functions. There are about 18 thousand such government schools in the state, which run on the trust of a teacher. At the same time, many schools do not have a principal, so the principal in charge is looking after the management.

 At the same time, about 12 thousand teachers of the state have left teaching and are engaged in non-academic work. Many teachers are doing Babugiri in departmental offices. Although orders have been issued by the department several times on deputation and attachment of teachers and return them to the parent institution, but still not being followed. Recently, before the opening of the school, the School Education Department issued an order to end the attachment of the teachers and issued instructions to attach them to the parent institution, but nothing happened. Explain that orders are issued by the department even before the session starts,

Teachers also have fun in offices

At the same time, teachers also like to work in offices. Many teachers who are working in ministers, MLAs or other departmental offices no longer want to return to their parent institution. Many teachers say that it is okay to work in good offices by teaching, otherwise the exam will have to be given.

Instructions given for the recruitment of guest teachers

Just before the opening of the school, the department had issued orders to recruit about seven thousand guest teachers in view of the shortage of teachers in the schools, so that there would be no shortage of teachers if the children come to school.

The recruitment process of teachers has been pending since 2018. Appointment of teachers was to be done on 15,000 posts of higher secondary and 5670 posts of secondary teachers, but not completed even after three years.
