- Deputy General Manager (Production): Candidates should have done engineering in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Electronics with at least 55% marks. Candidates should also have master’s degree in engineering discipline. Candidates should have at least 16 years of experience in Public Sector or Reputated Private/Manufacturing Sector with 05 years of experience in Production Engineering.
- Deputy General Manager (Materials): Candidates should have done engineering in Mechanical/Production with at least 55% marks. Candidates should also have master’s degree in engineering discipline. Candidates should have at least 16 years of experience in Public Sector or Reputated Private/Manufacturing Sector in materials/purchase department.
- Manager (Finance): Candidates should have passed the final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Candidates should have minimum of 12 years of experience in Public Sector in Finance & Accounts with additional two years years experience in handling Finance, Taxes, Balance Sheets & others.
- Manager Project Management (Civil): Candidates should have passed engineering degree in Civil with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/Institution. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in Public Sector in Project execution/Project Management/Project Planning/Project Coordination.
Selection Process: Written Test or Interview/Skill Test
Application Fee: Rs.250/- for Stenographer and Rs.500 for other posts. Candidates are required to send the payment through non-refundable demand draft in favour of ALIMCO, Payable at Kanpur. You need to send this demand draft with the prescribed application form by Post/Courier only on the address given below. ST/ST/PWD Candidates are exempted from the fee payment.
