In view of the increasing cases of corona infection, the Delhi government has asked all schools not to call students of any class in the new academic session till further orders. The Directorate of Education issued a notice that for the academic session 2021-22, studies should be conducted in digital mode.

According to the order of Directorate of Education (DoE), only students of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th can come to school. With the approval of their parents, these students will be able to come to school for examinations, practical, project work and internal assessment work. Let us know that the Directorate of Education (DoE) issued a notice last month, directing all government schools to start a new session from April 1. Classes can begin in online mode.

Boom in corona cases

Let us know that in the last few days, Corona cases are seen increasing rapidly in Delhi. On Wednesday, 1,819 people were found infected with corona in Delhi. While 11 people also died. So far, 6,62,430 people have been infected with Corona in Delhi and 11,027 patients have died. At the same time, the total number of corona infected people in the country has crossed 1 crore 21 lakh 49 thousand 335.

Schools closed in other states as well

In view of increasing cases of Corona virus, several states have issued orders to close schools again. Following the order of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in UP, it was decided to close the schools from 1st to 8th grade of the state till April 4. At the same time, the Punjab government has decided to keep schools and colleges closed till 10 April. Restrictions in Punjab up to 31 March have been extended by 10 days. At the same time, in Madhya Pradesh, all classes up to 8th have been ordered to be closed till 15 April. Apart from this, schools have been closed on 10 April in Gujarat and till further orders in Tamil Nadu.
