APCOB Recruitment 2015 for the post of Chief Executive Officer Details:-

Name of the post: chief executive officer (CEO)

Job location:  Srikakulam, Guntur, Prakasam, Kdapa, and Ananthapur

Age limit: Age should be less than 55 years of age as on the last date of 01.08.2015

Age relaxation: would be applicable to all reserved category candidates.

Educational qualification: (any one)

  1. Graduate with DBF/CAIIB/ Diploma in Cooperative Business Management, PGDCRS or equivalent qualification
  2. Post Graduate in any discipline
  3. Law (Graduate/Post Graduate)
  4. Accountancy (Chartered or cost accountant)
  5. Agriculture (Graduate/Post Graduate)
  6. Engineering (BE or equivalent)

Application fee:  Rs. 500/-  through demand draft drawn in the favor of ‘The Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd’ payable at Hyderabad.

Selection process: as per performance in the personal interview.

Pay scale:

  1. Selected candidates would be given a salary of APCOB & DCCBs, pay protection will be absolute.
  2. Delegation allowance to an extent of 15 % of the pay (Basic + DA) will be paid.

Note: In case of retired officers, who are eligible as per FPC, the payment will be in tune with the grades/cadres, indicated under Experience criteria
