Big action in teacher reinstatement in Bihar, Education Minister canceled counseling of 400 planning units

The counseling of about 400 planning units of the first phase for the recruitment of primary teachers of the state has been canceled. Of these, 95 percent are panchayat teacher planning units. Fresh counseling of the affected teacher candidates will be done soon and the second place will also be decided for this. Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary gave this information after reviewing the complaints of irregularities in counseling on Wednesday. Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Sanjay Kumar, Director of Secondary Education Girivar Dayal Singh and Director of Primary Education Dr. Ranjit Kumar Singh were present in the meeting.

Education Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that in the first phase, counseling has been held for the candidates in 48 hundred block and panchayat planning units for the reinstatement of elementary teachers. Out of these, incidents of uproar and assault in about 400 planning units, irregularities in merit list and irregularities in calling candidates on the basis of that have come to light. In many of these planning units, complaints of late start of counseling have also come to the fore.

Investigation report has been sought from DEO and DPO within three days

Since the system of online monitoring of the counseling process by the Education Department was from the headquarters level, as well as video recording of the entire counseling process has also been made in each planning unit. So whoever is found guilty in the investigation will not be spared. Within three days, on the basis of video recording, the investigation report has been sought from all the District Education Officers (DEOs) and District Program Officers (DPOs), as well as orders have been given to register an FIR against the guilty planning units.

The Education Minister also informed that in the Panchayat Planning Unit of Muzaffarpur and Sheohar, instead of three candidates, another person has been caught while trying to attend the counseling, against whom an FIR has been lodged.
