Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the most awaited result of Class 10th board exam 2016. The result was announced by CBSE on 28th May 2016. The board has conducted CBSE 10th Board Exam 2016 throughout the nation from 1st March to 28th March 2016. Central Board of Secondary Education is the Government Board of Education with its headquarters in New Delhi. As per statistics, a number of 699235 students appeared in the examination in 2012 which has been increasing year-by-year and has reached to 940228 students in 2015. Now, this year total 13,73,853 students has appeared for CBSE class 10th exam 2016.

As per additional statistics, Girls have been doing better than boys in the said examinations. The classification of Overall Pass percentage between girls and boys states that passing percentage of girls has been more than that of boys year by year. Also the passing percentage of Thiruvananthapuram Region has always been highest as compared to all other regions.
