Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) is a Biotechnology research establishment of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, which is located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in the year 1977. It is a designated Centre of Excellence for Global Molecular and Cell Biology Network. Ch. Mohan Rao is the Director of CCMB. Valid fellowship is an absolute requirement for pursuing PhD at this Centre.
