Junior Research fellow is a person appointed to produce high quality reports, academic papers and journal articles of data. He works independently and autonomously on a number of research and policy projects. He manages external relationship with funders and other stakeholders.

Senior Research Fellow leads and manage research projects and contribute to the research strategies of Unit and faculty. He develop proposals for significant research projects which increase the knowledge understanding and discover of new explanations, processes, concepts and insights.

Research associate is person who is appointed to conduct literature reviews, collection and analyzing data, develop research protocol and Abstract data from Client’s charts.

Project Assistant is appointed to support the delivery team of the organization, designing, developing and delivering workshops and resources as part of the programme of projects, training courses and events.

Senior Research Fellow 01 INR 18000/- As mentioned in minimum qualifications under Project JRF/SRF/Project Assistant/ Research Assistant and has to be NET qualified.
Project Assistant 01 INR 15000/- Essential Qualifications: As mentioned in minimum qualifications under Project JRF/SRF/Project Assistant/ Research Assistant.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience in handling Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) culture and generating Mtb/BCG stains overexpressing candidate proteins or knock-out Mtb/BCG strains, or experience in Bioinformatics, structural biology and drug designing.

Research Assistant 01 INR 22000/- Essential Qualifications: As mentioned in minimum qualifications under Project JRF/SRF/Project Assistant/ Research Assistant.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience in handling Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) culture and generating Mtb/BCG knock-out stains or Mtb/BCG strains overexpressing candidate proteins, molecular biology work like cloning, expression and purification of various proteins, and proteomics, or experience in Bioinformatics, structural biology and crystallography, drug designing.

Research Associate 01 INR 24000/- Essential Qualifications: As mentioned in minimum qualifications under Project Associate / Research Associate.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience in mouse handling, mouse surgeries, tissue dissection and immunological techniques.

SRF 01 INR 14000/- Essential Qualifications: As mentioned in minimum qualifications under Project JRF/SRF/Project Assistant/ Research Assistant.
SRF 01 INR 18000/- Essential Qualifications: As mentioned in minimum qualifications under Project JRF/SRF/Project Assistant/ Research Assistant.

Age Limit: 35 years

The Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (CDFD) is an autonomous  organization, which is funded by the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science and technology. It is located in Hyderabad and established in the year 1990. It focus on molecular epidemiology of bacterial pathogens, structural genetics, bioinformatics, computational biology and molecular genetics.
