Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute is a research organization that was established by the government of India in 1947. The organization is engaged in the fish production of the country and ensure about the food and nutritional security, employment generation and livelihoods to millions of people and also enhanced fishery, conservation of biodiversity, the integrity of ecological services and to derive social benefits from inland open waters. Now the organization has announced Young Professionals. Those candidates who have master’s degrees and experience in Agricultural Economics from a certified institute can apply for the post.

Educational Qualification      

• M Sc. in Agricultural Statistics/Agricultural Economics/Fisheries Economics, OR  M. Sc. (Statistics/Economics)
• Knowledge/experience in economics/statistical survey works, data analysis, and modeling
