Children of 1.25 million workers will get free education

Children of 1.25 lakh workers of the district will get free education. The state government has approved the Atal Residential School in the budget announced. The process was going on for a long time for the school.

20 bighas of land from Matiha village to Kodar village under Sadar tehsil area were earmarked for Atal Residential School. The full account of the land was made available to SDM by the Regional Accountant Jitendra Singh. After this, the entire proposal was sent to the government. One and a quarter million workers are registered with the Labor Department.

The children of these workers will get free education. Assistant Labor Commissioner Shankar says that with the opening of the Atal Residential School, workers will not face any trouble in providing good education to their children.
