Colleges have to keep records of students attending classes
Colleges have started teaching once again in the middle of the transition. Management is conducting classes in the presence of 50 percent students. Even their records have to be kept so that the report of students is to be sent to the Higher Education Department every month. According to officials, based on the presence of the students, the classes will be prepared for regular appointment. Even the college has taught how much syllabus through offline classes. This is also to be mentioned in the report.
In the first week of January 2021, UG Final Year and PG third semester classes started. Then after ten days, students of all courses are being called. Classes are operating on the basis of Covid-19 rule. According to the management, so far students from the district and nearby areas are reaching the college. According to statistics, 30 percent of the college students are attending classes.
Officials say that the college may have opened. Hostel guidelines have not yet arrived. Due to this, students from outside the district are yet to come. According to the department, information about attendance and syllabus in colleges is to be sent every month. For this, the management is maintaining records so that a report can be made and sent to the department in the last week of every month. Additional Director Dr. Suresh Silavat says that after getting the records from the college, regular class will be considered. The colleges have to send a three-month report.
