Online Compassionate Appointment Management System will become an important tool for quick, transparent and timely redressal of dependents in cases related to compassionate appointment of School Education Department. This was stated by the Minister of State for School Education, Inder Singh Parmar during the virtual launch of the Online Compassionate Appointment Management System of the Department of School Education in Mantralaya. Shri Parmar said that the list of all cases of compassionate appointment, reasons for cancellation or pending, current status and appointment orders will be readily available to the applicant on the education portal.

With the successful implementation of the system, quick disposal of cases within the stipulated time frame will ensure the benefit to the dependents of the deceased employee. He said that we do not want such an unpleasant incident to happen to anyone in the family of our education department, that he should not live among us, But if such a situation arises, then this system has been started to free the dependents from unnecessarytrouble and to get compassionate appointment on time.

The minister appealed to all the teachers that if such untoward incident happens in the family of your acquaintance, then try to benefit the dependents under thisSchool Education Department, said that through this online system, the Chief Minister will also be able to apply under the Kovid-19 Compassionate Appointment Scheme and the Chief Minister Kovid-19 Special Grace Scheme. Application will be made on the portal with the unique ID password of the late government servant.

Commissioner of Directorate of Public Instruction Jayshree Kiyawat informed that more than three lakh officers and employees are working in the School Education Department.  In case of untimely death of a government servant, there is a provision to give compassionate appointment to dependents as per the rules of the government.  On the untimely death of a government servant, the application for compassionate appointment is submitted by their dependents, which is resolved by the respective offices at various levels according to the rules of the government and according to the eligibility of the applicant.
  Now the entire process in this regard will be done on the Online Compassionate Appointment Management System in the Education Portal of the School Education Department.  On this occasion, Additional Project Director of National Secondary Education Campaign Kailash Wankhede, Director KK Dwivedi, Additional Director Kamna Acharya and Deputy Director  Dhirendra Chaturvedi along with concerned departmental officers were present.
