In this webinar, the new education policy of India was discussed in great detail. In the webinar, Education Minister Nishank said that this policy has been formulated to turn challenges into opportunities during the Coronavirus.

Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that this policy has been brought from suggestions from the Prime Minister to the village head. A very systematic and organized effort has been made to address all challenges. This will enable the overall restructuring of the system of higher education situation to suit the needs of the new India.

The Education Minister said that the New Education Policy will enable students to meet the needs of the 21st century. With its help, you will be able to make your education more experiential, holistic and enjoyable.
New education policy will increase self-sufficiency
The Education Minister said that the vision of the New Education Policy is to establish new dimensions for Indian universities and make them come true. This policy will give freedom to higher educational institutions and universities to redefine their role towards creating a new India. Given the proposals of the new policy, this is the best time to re-imagine our universities.

He further said that the path of self-sufficiency in all sectors including economy passes through education and education policy.
