Education department will replace teachers sitting in model culture schools for five years
The Education Department will replace the teachers who have been sitting for more than five years in Government Model Culture Schools across the state. Considering the posts of teachers sitting for more than five years, the education department has started the process of filling the posts once again. The Education Department has also released the name wise list of 650 teachers across the state, who will be transferred.
In order to improve the education system, the Education Department started Government Model Culture Schools at the district level. They teach through English medium. Now expanding it, the government has opened one school each at the block level. Earlier teachers in these schools could serve for a long time. But now the education department has changed the policy. Now teachers will be appointed for three. Teachers will also have to go through interviews for appointments in these schools. Now it has been decided to transfer the teachers who have been sitting for the last five years from here. The posts of these teachers have been vacated and the process has been started to fill the posts afresh.
Online application starts, chance will be given till August 10
In 137 Government Model Culture Senior Secondary Schools in 22 districts of the state, 1170 posts of PGT lecturers have become vacant. Now, while releasing the list of all 1170 PGT lecturers, the department has asked them to apply in the transfer drive. Applications will be accepted till 11:59 pm on August 10. Till then, 1170 posts of PGT lecturers related to 21 subjects in Model Sanskriti schools may remain vacant. At the same time, PGT lecturers applying for transfer drive will have to undergo a screening test.
After this they will be appointed in any other government school or model school only. A link has also been issued by the Education Department in written orders and on the official site. For application on this, the concerned teacher can apply till 11:59 pm on August 10. There will be an option to choose the model culture or other school while applying. Only then the applicants will get the call for the screening test. There will be station allotment after clearing the screening test.
