Forms of 5th and 8th board pattern examination for self-taught students will be filled online

The process of filling the online application form for the fifth and eighth board examination to be taken on board pattern has been set by the State Open School Education Board for self-taught students. Application forms can be filled through MP online. More information in this regard can be obtained by contacting phone numbers 0755-2671066 and 2552106.

According to Divisional Joint Director Public Education RK Upadhyay, on January 1 last year, students who have completed the age of 11 years can fill the online form for the 5th standard board examination as an independent student. Similarly, on January 1, students who have completed 14 years of age and have passed 5th standard from a recognized institution can apply for the 8th class examination. 

There is a difference of two years after passing the 5th examination to fill the eighth examination form. Examination fee has been fixed at Rs 400 for Class V and Rs 600 for Class VIII. Along with the online application form, the age certificate issued by the competent authority, photograph bearing the name of the passport size, Aadhar card and overall ID and marking of 5th class pass from a recognized institution will have to be attached for filling the form in class VIII.
