Government schools run like fund to count achievements, DEO said – Ludhiana got thirty thousand likes

Order of the Education Department that the students of their respective districts should like the Facebook page of the department. There is a Facebook page of the department in the name of Activities School Education Punjab, which is being said to get likes from the students. Under this, every district was given two days, Thursday and Friday, to like, share and share the Facebook page of the student department. 

At the same time, students have also been instructed that if they have Facebook ID, then they should like and share the department’s page from there and every student will have to inform their teacher about the number of likes and shares that every student has got. Even the student has to comment and share withhis parents, sister-brother or other relatives.

Till Friday, the teachers of every government school were talking about getting the students to like the pageDistrict Education Officer (Secondary) Lakhvir Singh Samra said that till Friday evening district Ludhiana had got 30,000 likes and by 10 o’clock in the night this number would increase further. He said that the purpose of the department is to tell the achievements of government schools so that others can also know about it. Let us inform that after getting the number one status on the basis of various parameters to the education department of the state, when the Chief Minister went live in the past, he got more dislikes than likes.

In this, many education organizations had also expressed their anger towards the Chief Minister, after which now the education department had adopted a new method of liking Facebook page to count the achievements of government schools because there is no dislike option on Facebook. By Friday, the teachers of every government school had asked the students to like the above page as well as comment words like good, very good, great, asam in the comments.
