Haryana: Roster system is over in schools, all employees will have to come, Divyang and pregnant women also do not have time

Haryana School Education Department has abolished the applicable roster system for staff in schools. Now all academic and non-academic staff will have to come to the school. Divyang, pregnant women and staff suffering from serious diseases will also not get any exemption. They have also been issued instructions to attend the schools.

Director Secondary Education has issued a letter in this regard to all District Education, Elementary Education, Block Education, Block Elementary Education Officers, School Head and in-charges on Monday. They have to ensure that the entire staff comes to the school. Apart from online studies, teachers will also have to increase the enrollment percentage of children in schools.

Teachers will interact with the dignitaries of their respective areas and the parents of the children. They will be urged to get their children admitted in government schools. Along with this, the parents of children who have dropped out of government schools will also be contacted to know whether they have taken admission elsewhere or left their studies.

Teachers will also motivate school dropouts and their parents to re-enroll. A daily report of this work will have to be submitted to the school head. The school head will send it to the District Education and Elementary Education Officers. In which complete information will be given about how many enrolled, how many parents were contacted. What was the reason for the children dropping out of school? More than four lakh children have dropped out in government schools in a year. Which the government has taken strong cognizance of. Now it is being ascertained where these children left the school.
