The Haryana School Education Board has issued important instructions to the Chief Center Superintendent regarding the 10th and 12th board examinations. Besides, guidelines have also been given to all district education officers, school headmasters to ensure successful operation.

While the examinations for Senior Secondary will start from April 20, the examinations for Secondary will start from April 22. In addition to installing CCTV cameras in the rooms of the examination center, the board has also asked to make proper arrangements at eleven points including drinking water, toilets. The answer sheet for secondary examination will be 24 and the answer sheet for senior secondary examination will be 32 dorsal.

The Secretary of the Board has directed that the Principal and Headmaster will act as the Chief Center Superintendent at the examination center. If at any center, the son, daughter or a student of the blood relation of the head center superintendent takes the examination, then at that stage a senior spokesperson of the school will be appointed on the duty of the head center superintendent. Major center superintendents will not leave their examination center except for unavoidable reasons during the examination. Also, your report has to be recorded in the inspection diary.

Will make up for the loss

According to the board secretary, if the school wall, window, lattice, fan, etc. are damaged during the examination, then the head superintendent of the concerned examination center will compensate for the damage done to the schools taking the examination at the center. Also, in the event of cancellation due to external and internal disturbances, each student will be charged a fee of Rs 100 on the basis of each subject. Instructions have been given to paste the above information on the notice board of the school.

Music, Dance, Drawing, Fine Art, Animal Husbandry and Agriculture and NSQF subjects of Secondary and Senior Secondary classes will be conducted in one part. Apart from this, the examination of other subjects will be in two parts.

 

In Part One, the subjective questions paper will be 1.30 hours and in Part Two the objective questions paper will be of one hour.

During the examination of Mathematics and Science subject of Secondary class, the time of examination of blind and low-looking candidates will be 3.20 hours. While Part Two will have 1. 20 hours.

 

– At the examination center, 24 candidates will be seated per room and up to 48 candidates in the hall.

 

– In the event of installation of CCTV cameras in the school building, the footage recording during the exam will have to be kept safe in the pan drive etc.
