Himachal Pradesh University doing injustice physical education with postgraduate students: Amar Kumar

NSUI state general secretary Amar Kumar has once again questioned the functioning of Himachal Pradesh University. He said that the decision of the university is darkening the future of the students.

The university administration made admission on the basis of merit list to the postgraduates, using the excuse of Corona, but the CGPA of thousands of students are missing, due to which the students were unable to enroll and they were barred for a year. The Department of Physical Education of Himachal Pradesh University has put hundreds of students in a state of confusion.

The Department of Physical Education sought applications from students for admission to post-graduation. On 4 November, students took the ground test, but after that, 2 months have passed today, neither a list of selected students was released nor the students who dropped out. Other departments finished the process of admissions and got half the celebrations completed, but the students of Physical Education Department are still hanging in the balance.

He said that the students approached him and requested for help. The university has no right to torture students. The Vishwa Vidyalaya will soon issue a list of selected students and manage their classes. If the university administration takes any action on this soon, the admission of these postgraduate students should be decided, otherwise NSUI will knock the court on this.
