Himachal Pradesh(HP) Revenue Department Recruitment for 242 Patwaris 2015: Director of Land Records, Revenue Department, Himachal Pradesh has issued notification for the recruitment of 242 Patwaris on contract basis. Patwari is responsible for proper upkeep and preservation of all revenue records in respect of all revenue estates falling within their jurisdiction and to girdawari all records of the area which comes under him. Patwari is the only person who gives all information about revenue to his seniors.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates applying for the post of Patwari should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/ University.
Age Limit: Candidates age should between 18 to 45 years
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is 50 years for SC, ST and OBC candidates.
Application Fee: Candidates applying for the post of Patwari have to pay Rs. 200/- for General candidates & Rs 100/- for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates through Demand Draft in favour of Concerned Settlement Officers.
Pay Scale: Candidates will be paid 3,000 per month during Training

The Department of Revenue functions under the overall direction and control of the Secretary (Revenue).
