If the exam is not given for the second time, then students of ninth and 10th class will not be promoted

Students who do not participate in the ninth and 11th standard examinations in government schools of Himachal Pradesh will take the school level examinations after two months. Only then will they be promoted in the next classes. Other times also if the students do not appear in the examination then they will not be promoted and the students will have to sit in the old class again. Thousands of students of both these classes have not appeared in the examination in March.

The department has given them another chance to take the exam. The Directorate of Higher Education has sought details from all the districts of the students who did not appear in the annual examinations. School principals have been entrusted with the responsibility of taking their examinations at their own level. Director of Higher Education, Dr. Amarjeet Kumar Sharma said that every school will take the examination of these students at their level. No student will be promoted for class 10th and 12th without taking the exam.

The Education Department on Wednesday has promoted students studying in class 9th and 11th to the next class without the basis of exam results. Promot will be only those students who have given the annual examinations in the past. Due to Corona crisis, students who could not take the annual examinations in March. He has not been promoted at the moment. Examinations of these students will be taken during the next two months. These examinations will take place at the school level itself. Only students who take the test will be sent to the next class.

10th and 12th examinations will be held in April, May
10th and 12th class board exams will be held in April and May. The Directorate of Education and the Board of School Education have started finalizing the preparations for the examinations.
