Lower division Clerk is generally the first level of clerk in a government organization. A secondary school pass is adequate or eligible for this job. They give certain non-essential works like maintenance of inward and outward letter, stamp account, casual leave registers etc. Later on promotion to clerk, they are given more responsibilities. Sometimes even peons who pass secondary school are promoted as LDC.

Consultant is a professional who provides professional or expert advice, in a particular field such as security, education, management, finance etc. or any other specialized fields. He/ she are usually an expert or a professional in a specific field and has a wide knowledge of the subject matter. The role of consultant outside the medical sphere can fall under one of two general categories; internal consultant and External Consultant.

Age: 30 years for Post No. 01 & below 50 years for Post No. 02.

Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent from recognized Board with typing knowledge for Post No 01 & Diploma in Horticulture for Post No. 02.
