IIM Rohtak Recruitment 2016- Administrative Officer and Superintendent Posts, Applications are invited for the engagement Young, Professional and Experienced candidates for the Senior Administrative Officer, Administrative Officer, Accounts Officer, Junior Engineer Posts on regular/Deputation/Contract basis in the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak, Haryana. Candidates who have experience in the relevant field can apply for the posts.

Administrative Officer (Establishment and Administration) 1 MBA in Human Resource Management or other equivalent Post-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in HRM/Personnel Management. Degree in Law is an added advantage. Good academic record is required. 35 years Rs. 9300-34800 & Grade pay Rs. 5400
Secretary to Director 1 Post-Graduate degree or Diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject. Good academic record is required. Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management will be an added advantage. Qualifications in secretarial practice will get preference. 40 years Rs.9300-34800 and grade pay Rs.4600
Superintendent (Establishment and Administration) 1 ost-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in HRM/Personnel Management or equivalent. Degree in Law is an added advantage. Good academic record is required. 40 years Rs. 9300-34800 & Grade pay Rs. 4600
Accounts Officer

 

1 M.Com/B.Com (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) with CA/ICWA/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Good academic record is required. MBA is an added advantage. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts. 40 years Rs.9300-34800 and grade pay Rs.4600
Accountant 1  A degree (under 10+2+3 scheme) in commerce or an equivalent professional qualification. Good academic record. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts. 40 years Rs.9300-34800 and grade pay Rs.4200
 Junior Engineer (Civil) 1 Degree/diploma (under 10+2+4/3 scheme) in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution, preferably with experience or additional qualification in handling electrical work. Good academic record is required. Sound knowledge of civil project design and implementation. Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management may be an added advantage. 45 years Rs. 9300-34800 and grade pay Rs. 4200
