System Engineer is a person, who manages and monitors all the installed systems and infrastructure. He install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. He monitors and test performance of application for potential bottlenecks and identifies possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.
Network Engineer is someone, who establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards. He reports about the network operational status by gathering, prioritizing detailsand managing projects.
