Research associate is person who is appointed to conduct literature reviews, collection and analyzing data, develop research protocol and Abstract data from Client’s charts. Research Associate plans research, and specializes in finance, economics, equities or accounting. Research associates conduct economic and finance research and has great knowledge in finance investments in residential, commercial, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors.

Junior Research fellow is a person appointed to produce high quality reports, academic papers and journal articles of data. He works independently and autonomously on a number of research and policy projects. He manages external relationship with funders and other stakeholders.

Name of the Post Qualification Pay Scale
Research Associate Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Computational Linguistics with experience in the relevant fields. INR 35,000-40,000/- per month (annual increment of 10%)
Senior Research Fellow M.Tech/ME in CSE or IT INR 35,000-40,000/- per month (annual increment of 10%)
Research Engineer

 

B. Tech with 2 years of experience in the relevant areas or M. Tech. (CSE, IT, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering) INR 25,000-30,000 with annual increment of 10%
Lexicographer BA, B Sc, MA, M Sc., with very good language abilities INR 15,000-25,000 with annual increment of 10%

Indian Institute of Technology Patna is new branch of IIT, which was established by an act of parliament in 2008. It has three schools of learning 1st School of Engineering consisting of the following Departments namely, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering 2nd School of Basic Sciences consisting of Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics Departments and 3rd School of Humanities consisting of Humanities & Social Science Department. IIT conduct programs in B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D. Professor Pushpak Bhattacharya is the Director of IIT Patna.

The 3rd largest population and 13th largest state of India, Bihar is located in East part of the country. It is covering the area of 94,163 square kilometers. As per census 2011 Bihar has total population of 10.41 crores, out of which 5,42,78,157 are male and 4,98,21,295 are female. Literacy rate of Bihar is 61.80%.  Patna is the capital city of the state, which is the second largest city in eastern India and 21st fastest growing city of the world in terms of its contribution towards GDP. The economy of the state is largely service oriented, but having a significant base of agriculture. Domestic and foreign firms of brewery are setting their production unit in Bihar, majorly United Breweries Group, Carlsberg group and Cobra Beer. Bihar plain is diverge by the Ganges river flowing west to east. Hindi and Urdu are the most spoken language of the state. Culture of Bihar includes literature, cuisine, performing and visual arts. India’s former President Rajendra Prasad and current Prime Minister of Mauritius Navinchandra Ramgoolam are famous personalities of Bihar.

The 2nd largest city of eastern India, Patna is the capital city of Bihar. It’s p[opulation counts of 1.68 million makes it nineteenth largest city of country. The length of city is 35 kilometres and 16-18 kilometres wide. For ease of starting a business, the World Bank ranked Patna as second city in India, in June 2009. During ancient time Patna was known as “Patliputr”, which ws the capital of the Magadha Empire.
