Police claim that this gang, which runs the interstate gang, had been doing fake business since 2012 by calling themselves education consultants. The police arrested five of their members from Meerut, Mathura and Delhi on 26 January this year.
According to SHO Zirakpur Onkar Singh Brar, the identity of the first arrested accused in the case is Nirmal Singh alias Nimma resident village Kartarpur Mullampur, Vishnu Sharma resident Nidhi-1 hight colony Mathura UP, Sushant Tyagi resident Veer Foundation Meerut, Anand Vikram Singh resident house number-99 Manzil floor-2 was in Vaishali Ghaziabad UP and Ankit Arora alias Goria alias Dogar as resident of village Fatehpur Sialwa district Mohali. The gang’s gunpin is said to be Anand Vikram Singh, who was running the center under the name of APEX Education. A case under IPC sections 259, 260, 420, 465, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 473 and 120B of the IPC was registered against the said accused.
The accused Sarbjit Singh resident village Todarmajra (current sarpanch) and Suridar Kumar Sigla resident Malerkotla, arrested on Monday, have also been named in the case. Nirmal Singh was the first arrested in the case
The man named Kigpin Nirmal Singh alias Nimma of this gang was arrested first. During interrogation, it was revealed that he is not alone, but his four other companions are also involved in this gorakhadhdeh.
He has been doing the business of making this fake certificate since 2012. There were 500 agents in their contact, who used to bring customers who wanted to get fake certificates. Education centers were opened in many parts of the country
Police claim that this gang opened an education center in different parts of the country under different names. These people used to hack the websites of different universities and break their data charts and feed the names and addresses of the students at their level. The gang operatives used to deliver fake degrees to interested people through their home post. In lieu of giving
degrees to these degrees, they used to collect a hefty amount up to one lakh, one and a half lakh and two lakh rupees according to the degree. Fake certificates were made of these universities

Police already from the accused, forged I-20 Mohali number car, 859 forged certificate, 546 blank paper for fake certificate, 93 forged rubber stamp, 5102 forged hollow gram, 16 forged receipt book, 1855 for producing blank paper certificate, 3 A photo / printer machine for CPU, 2 LCD screens, 2 keyboards, 6 laptops, 4 printers, 2 rim double-side forged certificates, a Spieler bander has recovered the high grad. Now 186 fake degrees have been recovered from the police from the sarpanch named in the case.
