In view of the increasing cases of corona in the state, educational activities can also be stopped in higher education institutions (universities and colleges). The state government may take a decision soon due to the speed with which the Kovid infection is increasing in the state. With the closure of Jammu University till further orders, the examinations scheduled for April 20 have been postponed for the time being.

They have already been closed after the Corona cases at Jammu University and Science College. Commissioner of Higher Education Department Sushma Chauhan said that no such decision has been taken yet.
