July is passing, books have not yet reached the hands of children

The month of July is passing and the supply of text books to the district has not been completed. In such a situation, the distribution work has not started and the books have not reached the hands of the children.

Books are to be distributed to 2.97 lakh children studying from class one to eight in the district. Schools are running closed. In such a situation, the books will be delivered to the school, then these books will have to be given by going to the children’s house or calling their parents to the school.

The supply of text books started from July 2. In the first two phases, only about 1.38 lakh books of class VIII were received. After this the books of second classes came in the third phase.
In this way 4.28 lakh books were received in three phases. In the fourth phase, about one lakh 34 thousand books were supplied on Sunday. So far, about five lakh 62 thousand text books have been supplied to the district in four phases.
Please tell that text books are to be distributed to two lakh 97 thousand 169 students in the district. For this, 20 lakh 22 thousand 715 books will be required, whereas so far only 25 percent i.e. 5.62 lakh books have been received.
The books that came on Sunday include Class I’s tweet 33578, Class II’s Kislay 33578, Class II’s Gintara 27160 and Class III’s Pankhuri 40361 books.
As of now, the distribution work has not started due to non-supply of books. Only books are being verified. If this condition of the supply of books continues, then there is no hope of starting the distribution work this month.
That is, from next month itself, children will be able to get books. District Coordinator (Community Education) Dr. Sanjeev Gupta informed that the books received so far have been kept safe. Verification work is going on. The distribution of books will be started soon.
