Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Dr. Jitendra Singh launched electronic-Human Resource Management System (e-HRMS) on Good Governance Day. Good Governance Day was celebrated on the occasion of birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India Mr. Atal Bihari Bajpai. Good Governance Day was celebrated in New Delhi. Ministry launched 25 applications of 5 modules of this system. The e-service book launched for DoPT during March 2017.
