Director is someone, who is the head of an organization. He ensures ongoing programmatic excellence, rigorous program evaluation and consistent quality of finance and administration needed to achieve organizational goal. He actively engages in activities of his organization. He develops, maintain and support a strong Board of Directors.
Assistant Director is assigned the work of technical supervision of the respective programme allotted to them by the Director. He assists director and other managerial staff. He provides training and guidance to the employees. His delegate duties like typing, copying and scanning.
Assistant Engineer duties include tasks like typing, filing, taking inventory, keeping records and sorting checks. They may also prepare documents, process mail and answer telephones. They can seek employment in specialized fields that match their interests, such as education, finance, law, medicine, technology and government. Industry-specific training may be necessary for advancement or initial employment in a targeted field.
Mess Manager is responsible to the PMC. He assists the PMC and Mess Committee, attend mess committee, entertainment meetings as an ex-officio member, maintain proper mess filing system, control and maintain mess notice boards.
