MP BOARD: Guidelines released for exam centers

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (Mashiman) has taken a big decision to stop corona and copying. Now the tenth-twelfth question papers will reach online at the examination centers. Paper will be printed and distributed to students at the center itself. Also, due to Kovid, the exam will also be held in two shifts and preparations are also underway to conduct online examination. The Mandal will start in the pre-board of class X and XII on the online examination. After this, the board examination will be taken online at some centers. This time, the exam will be done both online and offline. The Divisional Secretary has issued a guideline regarding the examination centers.

The tenth and twelfth question papers are sent by the board to the coordinating institutions of the district. The distribution of question papers is done by the coordinating body to the examination centers. An amount of lakhs of rupees is spent in this transportation system. Mandal has now taken a big decision. Now the board will provide question papers online at the examination centers through the pen drive in the examination for 2020-21. Question papers will be distributed to students from printers or photo copy machines at the examination centers.
The examination will be held in two shifts. Due to Kovid-19 at the examination centers due to being in two shifts, there will be safe physical distance among the students. It is to be known that every year more than 19 lakh students attend the tenth-twelfth examination of Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education. More than three and a half thousand examination centers are made in the state. The tenth and twelfth board exams are likely to be held from April 30 to May 15 and the second exam from July 1 to 15.
More examination centers will be built in private schools
Instructions have been issued by Mashim regarding determination of examination centers. It clearly states that such schools should be selected for examination centers, where computers, internet, printers, photo copy machines are available or can be easily rented. Also, selection of examination centers should be done on the basis of infrastructure, resources and facilities available in schools. Also, the distance of schools should not be more than five km in urban area and ten km in rural area.
Such schools should be selected for the examination center, in which there is good provision of furniture, drinking water, toiletries and security for the meeting arrangements of the candidates. No such school should be offered for examination, where the situation of giving examination to the candidates in a tent or canopy, on a plank or on the ground, arises.
