National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAC) team will come to inspect in 2022 at DLS PG College, Sarakanda. Preparations for it have already started. In the two-day special training workshop, the scholars formulated a strategy to achieve the top ranking of NAC.

The workshop concluded on Sunday on the revised framework of Naik recognition. It was organized in collaboration with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the college. OSD Prof. of Higher Education Department as the Chief Guest. GA Ghanshyam and Government E. Raghavendra Rao joined Dr. DK Srivastava, Naik Coordinator of PG Science College. The scholars apprised the present professors, staff and officers about the methodology of accreditation, eligibility criteria, units of evaluation, procedure, criteria and surcharge, gradation, grievance and redress and revaluation.

Pro.  Ghanshyam said during this period that it is clear from the various activities of the college that it has the full potential to achieve the top grading of Naik.  The documentary process will be started at the end of the year under the guidance of the university and governance.  Keeping this in mind, all the details related to educational, financial and administrative activities are being collected.  Significantly, in the year 2017, Naik awarded the college a B Plus grading with a score of 2.66 CGPA.
The workshop was mainly governed by the President of the Governing Body, Basant Sharma, Principal Dr. Ranjana Chaturvedi, Naik Coordinator Sunita Dwivedi, Neha Behar, NSS Program Officer Pratap Pandey including Rakesh Dixit, Preity Mishra, Arpana Dubey, Dr. Geeta Tiwari, Dr. Swati A large number of professors and employees of the non-teaching department were present, including Sharma.
