New education policy will make youth creative

The two-day new National Education Policy 2020 Conclave organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Computing Sciences of Tirthankar Mahavir University concluded on Monday. In the seminar, along with analysis of syllabus and educational suggestions, the role of policy implementation in students, teachers and society in the educational structure of the country was also discussed. Contributed to the new National Education Policy in Secondary and Higher Education and presented its vision to deal with the upcoming challenges.

Wilsonia Scholars Home Principal Shwetangana Santram said that the new national education policy will lead to the all-round development of children. They will bring creativity. Education makes us good human beings as well as good citizens. The new National Education Policy has been implemented following the suggestions of more than 2.25 lakh people. Educationists and guests were honored with mementoes. Director Prof. Rakesh Kumar Dwivedi said that with the new National Education Policy, we will move towards multi-lingual education, so that we can easily face the global challenges. In the closing ceremony, he informed about the educational achievements of TMU through the presentation of the campus, cricket stadium, air-conditioned Audi and other resources. Himanshu Singh and Shruti Jain, Arshiya, Dr. Sonia Jayant, Dr. Parag Aggarwal, Raghavendra Pratap Singh, Neha Anand, Ankit Sharma etc. were present on this occasion.

Attempt to learn with result based education: Akshat Jain,
Chief Guest Estimated Member of TMU Society Akshat Jain said that the new education policy will not only make the youth creative but also develop skillful thinking. Will have to strive to learn with result based education. He hoped that this policy would reduce the gap between literacy and education.
Schools run in rural areas will have to provide facilities: Kanika Agarwal
White Hall Senior Secondary School teacher Kanika Aggarwal said that this will bring about a paradigm shift in Indian education system. The biggest challenge is training and resources. Training of teachers is very important for the successful implementation of the policy. Apart from this, the government will have to provide facilities to schools operating in rural areas.
Training will have to be taken to make the change a success: SK Nathan
, Principal of SK Nathan Parkar Inter College, said that time is changing very fast. It is not possible to provide guidance to the younger generation through the 40-year-old education policy. The needs were different 50 years ago, now there are other requirements. New training will also have to be taken, so that we can get success in the implementation of change.

Future of students with passion: Dr. Swati Sharma
, Principal of Springfields College, Dr. Swati Sharma said that the new national education policy emphasizes creativity and skillful education. There was a lack of skills in the old curriculum. Till now we were obliged to study the education required to become an engineer and a doctor. In the new education policy, we will be able to make the future come true through our hobbies.
