Pharmacists also known as chemists or druggists are healthcare professionals who practice in pharmacy, the field of health sciences focusing on safe and effective medication use.

Laboratory technicians collect examine and test body fluids, tissue cells and other substances. These technicians typically perform their job duties under the guidance of laboratory technologists or laboratory managers. They may work at hospitals, medical laboratories, physician offices and university labs. Many lab technicians spend most of their work shifts on their feet, and they may need to work overnight if their labs run around the clock. Although these workers often deal with toxic materials, very little risk of infection.

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery takes care of patients wash and help the patients to wear clothes; they have to groom and feed them; they have to push their wheelchairs. They have to monitor the patient’s progress and sometimes they have to check their vital signs such as temperature or blood pressure. They also have to change bedpans and make the beds.

Educational Qualification: Applying candidates must be HS (+2) stage with Science from a recognized Institution. Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution

Pay Scale: Rs.9500/- Per Month

2. Lab Technician 

No. of Posts: 01 (ST)

Educational Qualification: Applying candidates must be H.S (+2) stage with science passed from a recognized Institution. 2 (two) years Diploma in medical laboratory technician course from a recognized Institution

Pay Scale: Rs.9500/- Per Month

3. Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM)

No. of Posts: 23 (UR-12, ST-07, SC- 04)

Educational Qualification: Applying candidates must be Madhyamik or its equivalent examination passed from a recognized Board. Trained in Health Worker (F) course from a recognized Nursing council. Registered ANM

Pay Scale: Rs.8500/- Per Month

National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) is a National effort at ensuring effective healthcare through a range of interventions at individual, household, community, and most critically at the health system levels. Despite considerable gains in health status over the past few decades in terms of increased life expectancy, reductions in mortality and morbidity serious challenges still remain. These challenges vary significantly from state to state and even within states.

Agartala is the capital as well as the largest city of the Indian state of Tripura and also is the second largest city in North-east India after Guwahati, both in municipal area and population. The city is the seat of the Government of Tripura. Agartala is one of the fastest developing cities of India. In education section, total literates in Agartala city are 343,633 of which 174,524 are males while 169,109 are females. Average literacy rate of Agartala city is 93.88 percent of which male and female literacy was 95.75 and 92.02 percent respectively. The sex ratio of Agartala city is 1002 per 1000 males. Child sex ratio of girls is 940 per 1000 boys as per 2011 census.

Tripura is a state in Northeast India. In Sanskrit Tripura means “three cities”. State has a population of 3,671,032 including 1,871,867 males and 1,799,165 females as per census of 2011. The sex ratio of the state is 961 females per thousand males; More than 50% of the population depends on agriculture to sustain their livelihood. According to 2001 Planning Commission assessment, 22 per cent population of the state is below the poverty line. Tripura is famous for bamboo and cane handicrafts. State has many magnificent palaces like: (Ujjayanta Palace and Kunjaban Palace at Agartala and Neermahal – Lake Palace at Melaghar) for tourists and important temples of Hindus and Buddhists and the famous Mata Tripureswari temple. Football and cricket are the most popular sports in the state.Only one major road, the National Highway 44 (NH-44), connects Tripura to the rest of India. The third-smallest state in the country it covers 10,491 km2 (4,051 sq. mi) and is bordered by Bangladesh. The state has a tropical savanna climate during the monsoon season; the south west monsoon brings heavy rains, which cause frequent floods.
