NIT Hamirpur Recruitment for Mess Manager and Driver 2015. National Institute of Technology (NIT), Hamirpur has released notification for the recruitment of Mess Manager, Ambulance Driver 2015.

Mess Manager: Mess Manager is responsible to the PMC. He assists the PMC and Mess Committee, attend mess committee, entertainment meetings as an ex-officio member, maintain proper mess filing system, control and maintain mess notice boards.
Ambulance Driver: Ambulance Driver Drives ambulance to transport sick, injured, or convalescent persons: Places patients on stretcher and loads stretcher into ambulance, usually with help of Ambulance Attendant, takes sick or injured persons to hospital, Changes soiled linen on stretcher, Administers first aid as needed.

Mess Manager Educational Qualification:

Candidates applying for the post of Mess Manager should have Bachelor’s Degree and Knowledge of maintenance if accounts and accounting procedure through accounting software like: Tally.

Experience: Applying Candidates for Mess Manager must have at least 1 year experience in relevant field.

Age Limit: 18 to 39 years.

Pay scale: Rs. 23,500 per month.

Ambulance Driver Educational Qualification:

Candidates applying for the post of Ambulance Driver should be Matric pass from HPBSE’S Or Education Board recognized by the H.P govt. and a valid driving license for L.M.V. Transport.

Experience: Applying Candidates for Ambulance Driver must have experience of 5 years in relevant field.

Age Limit: 18 to 45 years

Pay scale: 8,240 per month.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.

The National Institute of Technology Hamirpur is a public engineering college located in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India. It is one of the thirty National Institutes of Technology established, administered and funded by Government of India. It conducts undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Engineering and Architecture and Doctor of Philosophy programme in Engineering, Pure Science and Humanities. It was established in 1986 as Regional Engineering College, Hamirpur in Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh, it was a joint enterprise of the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh. On 26 June 2002 REC Hamirpur was awarded the status of deemed-to-be university and upgraded into an NIT. As a result of this transition the institute came under the sole purview of the Government of India. It has been awarded the status of Institute of National Importance by an Act of Parliament, and judged best NIT in terms of infrastructure by the World Bank. For getting admission in NIT Hamirpur one has to clear the JEE MAINS examination in INDIA.

Hamirpur is a town and the district headquarters of Hamirpur district in the Himalayan state of Himachal Pradesh, India. Hamirpur is located in a relatively colder region in western Himachal Pradesh with a lower altitude as compared to the other districts of the state. It is bordered by Kangra to the north, Mandi to the east, Bilaspur to the south and Una to the west. Hamirpur is now considered as a major education hub of Himachal Pradesh. Most famous thing in Hamirpur is temple of Baba Balak Nath.
