A Technical Assistant is a person who works as an Assistant in the Information Technology Business. He receives orders & direction from the Information Technology manager & Network Specialist.  As a technology assistant he should resolved the problems by communicating by translating technical problems from the end users support staff.

Technical officers may act as project managers on a base or construction site, or in research and the development of new equipment and systems. They have responsibility for keeping equipment, infrastructure and lines of communication operational.

Qualification:

Technical Assistant

Candidate should have 1st class B.Sc. in relevant subject with either 1 year full time professional qualification or 1st class diploma in relevant subject at least 3 year full time duration.

Technical officer

Candidate should have BE / B.Tech (Metallurgy or Material science or chemical engineering) with 55% marks or MCA / MCM / MBA with 55% marks after 1st class B.Sc. (in physics / chemistry / material science).

Senior Technical officer

Candidate should have BE / B.Tech in Mechanical engineering with 55% marks.

National Metallurgical Laboratory is an Indian research centre, which functions under the aegis of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. It was formally inaugurated in the year 1950.

Jamshedpur is located in Jharkhand, which is also known as Tatanagar because of the presence of Tata Companies and for the name of its railway station. It is industrial capital of Jharkhand and known as “Steel City” because it is home to the first private iron and steel company of India. As per census 2011 is has population of 13,37,131. The surrounding areas of Jamshedpur is rich in minerals, which incliides iron ore, coal, manganese bauxite and lime. Tata Iron and steel Company ios situated at the centre of the city.
