Now 12th students will not go to school for practical exams

There is news of relief for the students studying in class 12th. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has ordered to conduct the practical examination online. Calling children to school in the midst of corona epidemic infection will cost the management. Parents have also heaved a sigh of relief after this decision of the board.

There are 18 CBSE schools operating in Nyayadhani. 2400 students are registered in class 12th. They have to have more than 1100 practical exams. CBSE, in its first order, had given permission to conduct practical examinations in schools. But, in view of the increasing infection and danger of corona epidemic, now the practical examination in the school has been banned.

According to the new guide-line, now during the oral examination, the internal examiner will take a screen shot of the dialogue from each student. The photograph should be such in which the internal examiner, external examiner and students are visible. Not only this, the examiners will also record the oral examination, which they will have to keep with them.

The board has made it clear that schools where external examiners have not been appointed due to any reason, those schools should get their subject expert teachers online internal assessment based on CBSE rules. Whereas in schools where external examiners have been appointed by CBSE to give marks for practical examinations and project work, the examiner will decide the date of examination. After this, an online oral examination will be taken.

CBSE has extended the last date for uploading marks of internal assessment and practical examinations till June 28. Schools where practical examinations and internal assessment are pending, they will have to upload the marks on the board’s website by adopting the online process.
