Now DEO will not give direct orders to school leaders

Now District Education Officer (DEO) will not be able to directly inform the heads of government schools about the work of the Education Department by issuing letters. Now the department will issue the information directly from the letter on its website itself.

Principals and school heads will also have the responsibility to implement it. This decision has been taken by the department after suggestions received in meetings held with district education officers and principals.

For the last five-six decades, the process of indorsement by DEOs was going on. In this regard, Education Secretary Krishna Kumar has issued new instructions to simplify the work. It says that the school will follow the instructions issued by the main office of the Education Department.

Now the DEO will not issue a separate letter. Now school leaders will have to answer it directly. Now school leaders will not have any problem related to this. In the letter, instructions will be given only for the District Education Officers, they will do it only for the Indoor School Principals and the School Head. In such a situation there will be no confusion of any kind. School heads will have to follow the orders coming from the main office, there will be no need to wait for the instructions of the DEO.
