Now teachers have to fill character role for promotion and increment
The annual character role of the teachers of Basic Education Department will now be prepared. Based on this, the department will prepare their confidential annual report which will form the basis of promotion and increment. The process will be completed through the Human Resource Portal.
To get a better annual report, teachers will have to complete the self assessment online by April 15 by visiting the Human Property Portal. After this, the Block Education Officer will review the self-evaluation of the Principals and Assistant Teachers and will provide marks with their comments. In the final phase, the Basic Education Officer will complete the confidential annual report and send it to the department. The annual increment and promotion of headmaster and teachers will be decided on the basis of the report of the officers. Following the orders of Director General of Education Vijay Kiran, the department is busy completing it.
The final report will go on 31 May
The process of self assessment is to be completed on April 15 while the Block Education authorities have to complete the assessment by 15 May and send it to the BSA. The BSA will send it to the department by 31 May.
Standards were also fixed for the evaluation of teachers
For the first time in the state, the annual number of teachers (CR) is being written on the lines of private institutions. In this, standards have also been set for the headmaster and teachers from the department. If they do not meet the standards, the authorities can give them zero marks. On the examination of students of assistant teachers, A + grade 20, A grade 16, B grade 12, C grade 8 and D grade teacher will get only four numbers. The attendance of the students is 75% or more, if the student falls in the A plus or A category, the teacher will get 20 marks. Otherwise teachers will be given zero marks.
Teachers will also meet at these points
The teacher will get 10 numbers if the school has all the facilities.
– If the attendance of students is between 60 and 80%, there will be five numbers, more than 80 percent will get 10 marks.
– Continuous use of digital educational material in school will be awarded 10 marks.
– 10 numbers on distributing 100 percent of students’ report cards –
10 marks on regular meeting of School Management Committee – 10 points on
better library and using it – 10 marks on
re-admission of students who have left school – 10 marks in
school If the attendance of teachers is 60 to 8 percent, then five marks, if it is more, you will get full 10 marks.
– All the teachers who join the departmental training program will also be given 10 marks.
The work of preparing annual reports of teachers is being done for the first time. Based on this, their increment will be decided and the benefit of promotion will be given. Instructions have been issued to all teachers to conduct self assessment on human property.
