Rectory posts will not be filled in many universities including MP’s Bhoj

A proposal was made to the Governor for appointment to the post of Rector in Mhow University, Shahdol University and Bhoj University. Which he rejected. All these universities are being forced by the forced rectors, as there is no need for a ractor in all three universities due to limited scope.

Section 15B of the University Act 1973 provides for the appointment of a Rector. In the absence of VC, the Rector completes Vivi’s routine files. Currently the Vice-Chancellor goes on leave, then he goes to the senior professor of the university, giving the charge of the vice-chancellor. This has not required the Rector to the University. At the same time, in the event of the Vice Chancellor resigning, the Rectors are the Vice Chancellors. For the past few years, Raj Bhavan has not given additional charge of vice-chancellor to the Rector.
