SC teachers condemned the education minister’s statement

A meeting of All Haryana SC Employees Federation and Scheduled Caste State Teacher Association was held in Bilaspur. In which the statement of the Education Minister was condemned. The Federation’s district head Satpal said that the Education Minister said that for the session 2021-22, children of classes 1 to 8 will not be given free textbooks and an amount of Rs 200 to 300 will be deposited in their account.

 This statement is very unfortunate and against the education of children of government schools. Schools are not opening due to Covid 19. Children have to study from home. How can children continue education without books? Praveen Kumar, the head of the Bilaspur division of the Sangh, said that the government insists on the teachers to teach fromthe textbooks on one hand. The department did not get the printing of text books from class one to eighth. Which is unfair to children.

The government wants to weave a web of privatization everywhere. Due to which the poor and the common class remain badly entangled. Surendra Mandhar, Salin Kumar, Sushil Kumar, Balvidra Kumar, Gulab Singh, Manoj Kumar, Balidra Singh and Vinod Mohi were present on the occasion. Swaraj Abhiyan submitted memorandum to DC about the problems

Under the leadership of retired Master Shivdayal, members of Swaraj Abhiyan submitted a memorandum to DC Girish Arora at the District Secretariat on Monday. Shivdayal said that during the rainy season water gets accumulated in the colonies and streets. This causes a lot of trouble to the residents of the city. There is a lot of damage and serious diseases spread. The drains should be cleaned and repaired before the onset of monsoon. Rajesh Indira told that Professor Colony, Tagore Garden, Prem Nagar, Every year water gets accumulated in the rains on the old National Highway. Due to which the pedestrians also have to face problems. Ramnath Bansal told that he had met the Mayor 15

days ago about the problems of Indira Garden Colony. But no action has been taken to solve the problems. Pravesh Kumar appealed to the administration to solve the problems of the people at the earliest. District President Sumit Pal Singh said that there is also a huge shortage of sanitation workers in the city. DC has also been the commissioner in the Municipal Corporation earlier. The shortage of sanitation workers should be filled at the earliest. Deepak Bhola, Ajay Azad, Balveer Singh, Harvidar Kaur Dhillon and Kharak Singh were present on the occasion.
