But male candidates have filled the gender in women and have been selected, the Department of Justice will be consulted on this.
These decisions were also made
– the District Selection Committee will clear the original certificate in relation to spelling mistakes in the names of parents or names or issuing letters in the wrong column.
– In cases where the score is not clear in the application form or the candidates have self-calculated the marks on the basis of CGPA which is not clear or has passed the examination from an institution whose status of recognition is not clear, the related examination Verification will be done from the institution. The District Selection Committee should decide on the basis of actual scores.
– The time to show the original record should be given three months.
– If there is a difference between the marks of CTET and UP Tate, appointment letter will be given if there is a minimum qualification score.
Selection will be canceled – After
20 December 2020, the graduate, who has passed the BTC, CTET or UPET examination or the validity of UP Tate has expired, the selection will be canceled.
If someone has filled ST or special reservation in place of AC in the caste and selection has been made, the selection will be canceled. Appointment letter will not be issued to the teachers working in the post of assistant teachers of other districts. Action will be taken in the order of the final orders of the High Court.
