Project Fellow is person who is appointed to conduct literature reviews, collection and analyzing data, develop research protocol and Abstract data from Client’s charts

Project Entitled: Biochemical and Molecular Characterization of efficient isolates of Trichoderma species for the management of soil borne pathogens of significance

Qualification: The applicant should possess M.Sc or Ph.D in Plant Pathology/Microbiology/Biotechnology

Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu (SKUAST-Jammu) came into existence on 20th September, 1999 following the amendment in Sher-e-Kashmir university of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982 through the State Legislature.

Srinagar is the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It lays in the Kashmir Valley, on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus. Jammu and Kashmir is a state in northern India. Srinagar is the capital of Jammu & Kashmir. It is mostly located in the Himalayan Mountains and shares a border with the states of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. Jammu and Kashmir has an international border with China in the north and east. Kashmir has a large no. of communities of Buddhists, Hindus and Sikhs and has majority of Muslim population. Horticulture plays an important role in the economic development of the state, with an annual turnover of over 3 billion (US$47 million), apart from foreign exchange of over 800 million (US$12 million), The Kashmir valley is famous for its beautiful mountainous landscape. Kashmiri, Urdu, Dogri, Pahari, Balti, Ladakhi, Gojri, Shina and Pashto are the official languages of the state.
