Actress Jacqueline Fernandez shares skincare routine & fitness secret

Jacqueline Fernandez, the Bollywood diva is known for being a fitness enthusiast and keeps sharing some interesting ways on how she keeps herself fit and her skin glowing. Jacqueline is one who takes fitness very seriously from drinking ghee coffee in winters or doing exercises every day at home.

Jacqueline, a little while back shared an interesting practice she does every morning even before having her first glass of lemon water. She shared that the first thing she does in the morning is oil pulling.

We all want to see what’s behind that flawless skin and fit physique when it comes to a celebrity. And Jacqueline’s habit of oil pulling every morning has shocked us.

Well, oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic dental technique. This method is just swishing a tablespoon of oil In your mouth when empty stomach for around 20 minutes. This method is known to get away with the toxins from the body and also helps in improving oral health and hygiene, this method improves one’s overall health.

Jacqueline had posted photos that how she uses extra virgin coconut oil or cold-pressed coconut oil for oil pulling. In one photo she wrote, “Oil pulling first thing in the morning great for removing all toxins your body accumulated while you were sleeping!”

She then shared a post, how she drinks a glass of water, and then her ritual nimbu pani. She wrote “A tall glass of water and then my nimbu pani! There are my first things first! Have a great day everyone.”
