Here are some remedies to take care of your foot.
Keep the feet in water- Soak your feet in warm water for 15 minutes but before soaking the feet keep in mind that the water is not too hot and you can add bath salt, shower gel or rock salt in it. It makes your feet soft and also removed dead and dry skin, also makes the skin soft.
Exfoliate- After soaking your feet in warm water clean it with a soft towel and exfoliate the feet with a good scrub and you can also use shower gel and rub with it gently with a pumice stone as it helps in dead skin cells and softens your rough skin.
Foot Mask- Your foot need a good moisturizer after exfoliating so you can apply a foot mask you can but a foot mask from the market or you can make on at home for this take honey, bananas and lemon juice and mix it well and then apply paste on your foot and wash it after 15 minutes with lukewarm water.
Moisturizing- Do not forget to moisturize them with olive oil or Vaseline, so gently rub your feet and ear soft socks daily so that your feet will be protected.
