MILK vs BEER, know which one is more healthier

We all know that consumption of alcohol is harmful to health but the recent statement of People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is completely different. According to PETA, beer containing an average of 4 to 6 per cent alcohol is healthier than milk. Here’s the truth why it is said that beer is healthier than milk:

Beer is better than milk as studies have revealed that beer makes bones strong, gives longer life while drinking milk increases obesity, diabetes and cancer risk. There is no doubt that beer is an alcoholic drink prepared by brewing molten barley, wheat, jowar or corn and rice. Despite this, it contains 90 per cent water as well as fibre, calcium, iron, and some amount of antioxidants.

Beer contains dietary silicon, which is considered essential for the growth of bones and connective tissues in the body. Whereas, drinking excess milk is said to cause diseases related to heart, obesity, diabetes and cancer. Apart from this, drinking the milk also cause acne, mucus and lactose intolerance.

Despite all these difficulties, milk has been considered one of the healthiest drinks for centuries. Milk has many nutrients. Milk has many nutrients and it is said that people of all ages should consume it. Whether milk is healthy or harmful is a matter of debate. The truth is that anything that we consume in excess is bad for our health. Drink milk while staying in the limit, it is completely healthy.

Milk is considered to be the biggest risk factor for atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease due to cholesterol, saturated fatty acids and lactose. While beer promotes good cholesterol in the body and protects against bad cholesterol. It also prevents blood clots from forming in the body.

There may be some positive things in the beer, even though beer is alcohol but telling people to drink beer is completely harmful which is consumed in excess is harmful, be it beer or milk. Therefore drinking under control will be beneficial for the body.
