MITS students submitted memorandum to the director. Demanded the late fees to be waived from April 17, as well as the reduction of fees. Students said that Karena curfew has been imposed due to infection of Kovid-19. Due to this, students are not able to pay the fees. Those who are competent students have paid the fees, but many classes of students study in the institute, who are not able to pay the fees. The penalty that will be levied on payment of fees after April 17, should be waived. The fees should also be reduced. The director assured to consider their demands. It is to be known that between April 18 and May 7, late fees were fixed at the rate of Rs 100 per day for depositing fees, which the students are opposing.
