Many majors, board, recruitment, entrance examinations have already been postponed due to the lockdown caused by the coronavirus in the country and now another major exam name has been added to this list. Those who will be sad to hear those who were eagerly waiting for this exam.
The Union Public Service Commission has postponed the civil service preliminary examination due to the lockdown caused by the coronavirus. Earlier this examination was to be held on 31 May, for which admit cards were to be released this week only. But after increasing the lockdown, the department has decided that the exam has been postponed for the time being.
The Union Public Service Commission says that the next date of the examination will be announced on the 20th of the day itself, and the admit card will be issued the first 10 or 15 days after the exam. The Union Public Service Commission says that for several days many candidates had requested to postpone the exam due to coronavirus and lockdown.
In this context, Union Minister Jitendra Singh assured the candidates that adequate time will be given to the candidates while re-scheduling the exam. So that they have no trouble reaching the examination center and can be protected from coronavirus.
