All temporary posts in non-government schools vacant for the last three years have ended. In case of increase in the number of students, if necessary, a post can be revived only after the approval of Finance Department. Although the three-year provision is already in force, the Education Department was not implementing it.

In view of the growing financial crisis in the coronary period, the education department has come into action. It will cover about 1200 posts. Education Director RK Kunwar ordered action to both the Divisional Additional Director and all CEOs.

Kunwar has given strict instructions that strict action will be taken if the order is violated at any stage. According to sources, the old schools are coming under the ambit of this order as well as some non-government schools in the category of grants, incentives during the previous Congress government.

Schools are given temporary positions when they fall into the grant category. But due to the issue of these schools, the appointments have not been made. Sources said that the government has taken this decision in the wake of mounting financial crisis.

This is standard
– stone 3.11 (3): Temporary posts vacant for more than three years will be automatically considered finished. In view of the need of work, if there is a need to revive these posts, the approval of the Finance Department of the government will be mandatory.

– Stone 3.11 (5): With the consent of the Finance Department, the disallowance of temporary nature posts sanctioned for the offices can be extended year-wise. Provided that provision has been made for them in the budget.

This is the case
on March 31, 2020, Finance Secretary Amit Negi issued instructions to all departments regarding financial discipline. The state’s economic situation is not satisfactory this year because of Corona.

On November 9, Shiv Vibhuti Ranjan, Secretary, Education Department has ordered the Director of Secondary Education to take action as per rules regarding continuation of posts in non-government aided schools and financial rights in recruitment to vacant posts. Section 3 of Chapter 3 of Delegation of Financial Rights has been asked to take action as per Proposals 3.11-3 and 5.
