Qualification: Candidates applying for the post of Deputy Manager (Grade – E3) should have degree in Mechanical engineering / Metallurgy engineering / Production engineering / chemical engineering / electrical engineering / electronic engineering with 65% marks from AICTE approved college or recognized university.
Qualification for Reserved candidates: Candidates belonging to Schedule caste / Schedule tribe / PWD department should have 55% marks in above mentioned subjects.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates applying for the post of Deputy Manager (Grade – E3) should be maximum 35 years as on 35th September 2015.
Age Limit for Reserved candidates: upper Age limit is relaxable for Reserved candidates:
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC category
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC category
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC category
iv) By 5 years for candidates belonging to PWD category
Selection Procedure: Selection of the candidates applying for the post of Deputy Manager (Grade – E3) will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview.
Pay Scale: Rs.32900 – 58000/- Per Month
Application fee: Candidates applying for the post of Deputy Manager (Grade – E3) are required to pay application fee Rs 500/- for General / OBC candidates through State bank of India with pay-in-slip and deposit the required amount in bank. No fee for SC / ST / PWD / ESM candidates.

IISCO Steel Plant is the Indian Iron & Steel Company (IISCO), a SAIL subsidiary, was amalgamated with SAIL on 16th February 2006 and renamed IISCO Steel Plant (ISP). IISCO produced iron in 1922 from an open-top blast furnace at Hirapur (later to be called Burnpur) in West Bengal. The plant has capacity to produce 4.26 lakh tonnes of saleable steel and 2.54 lakh tonnes of pig iron annually.
